Real World Experience Graybar’s summer internship program provides college students with hands-on work experience and an opportunity to learn various business functions. Our rotational program lets you explore your area of interest plus get a well-rounded view of the wholesale distribution industry, along with professional networking and a cohort experience with fellow interns across the country! Start Your Story With Graybar Our summer intern program begins recruiting in the fall for the following summer. We accept college students who will be going into their senior year at the time of the internship who are in business-related majors (professional sales, supply chain, industrial distribution, etc.). Our internships can lead into a full-time role after graduation as a Leadership Trainee, where you can continue exploring roles at Graybar and find your best fit, whether it be sales, finance, or management. Sales Trainee Program Don’t have a lot of experience in sales yet? Or maybe you have been in retail sales and want to switch careers? Sales Trainee may be the role for you! Our Sales Trainee program will help you to learn the wholesale distribution business while setting you up for a successful sales career at Graybar.
