Echo Global Logistics

Founded in 2005, Echo Global Logistics has experienced tremendous growth over the years. We are a multi-billion-dollar, Fortune 1000, third-party logistics provider with over 30 locations and more than 2,800 employees across the U.S. But how did we get where we are today?

At Echo, our employee-led BRGs promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the workplace.  They drive employee retention and engagement through member-specific programs, create opportunities to engage in our communities, and provide a DEI lens to specific company-wide initiatives. 

Families  

The Families vision is to be a destination employer with a highly engaged and high performing employee base that supports work-life balance and promotes a family-friendly culture. Echo Families is intended to engage and celebrate families of all kinds through seeking and sharing advice, tips, and stories. One of the ways the group accomplishes this is by hosting family-friendly events where Echo team members and their loved ones can come together, socialize, and connect. 

MERGE (Multi-ethnic Resource Group for Everyone) 

M.E.R.G.E.’s vision is for DEI to be at the forefront of Echo’s business decisions including attraction, retention, and promotion of people of all backgrounds. Its mission is to foster an environment of cultural growth by creating awareness through advocacy, collaboration, education and community outreach for all Echo employees, partners and the communities in which Echo serves as well as to promote and support an anti-racist culture. 

Military 

Echo is proud to be a Military Friendly Organization. The Military BRG’s vision is to continue to expand its impact on the Military community in each city we do business in. Its mission is to support team members who are veterans, active-duty, military spouses, caregivers, and advocates of the military to design and advance their careers. It also partners and collaborates with organizations that support veteran and military communities.  

Pride  

Pride’s vision is to support the LGBT community of employees and allies at Echo by creating a more inclusive workplace. Its mission is to advance and promote LGBT equality through employee engagement and community outreach.

Women at Echo’s vision is to ensure the continued success of Echo through women. Its mission is to recognize, support, empower, and advocate on behalf of anyone who identifies as a woman within Echo to increase our representation and leadership in all departments and locations.
