Founded in 2005, Echo Global Logistics has experienced tremendous growth over the years. We are a multi-billion-dollar, Fortune 1000, third-party logistics provider with over 30 locations and more than 2,800 employees across the U.S. But how did we get where we are today?

One of the ways the group accomplishes this is by hosting family-friendly events where Echo team members and their loved ones can come together, socialize, and connect.

M.E.R.G.E.’s vision is for DEI to be at the forefront of Echo’s business decisions including attraction, retention, and promotion of people of all backgrounds. Its mission is to foster an environment of cultural growth by creating awareness through advocacy, collaboration, education and community outreach for all Echo employees, partners and the communities in which Echo serves as well as to promote and support an anti-racist culture.

Its mission is to support team members who are veterans, active-duty, military spouses, caregivers, and advocates of the military to design and advance their careers.
