General Manager: You are responsible for the success or failure of the business and team. As such, this individual needs to be able to actively speak to the business and marketing plan, budget, revenue and health of the daycare center at all times.

Assistant Manager: You are responsible to work with all pet parents and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

Pet Parent Relationship Manager (PPRM): You are responsible for building the marketing and sales plan for both acquisition of new and retention of existing pet parents. You’ll work with pet parents and team members to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction while growing the number of dogs attending daycare.

Canine Coach: In this role you work closely with our dogs in the playrooms to create a safe and fun environment while giving pet parents peace of mind that their dogs are in good hands. Extensive training is provided for this position.

Rover: You work with all pet parents, dogs and team members to ensure Dogtopia excels in safety and fun. This role is cross trained as a Canine Coach and Front Desk Coordinator.

Front Desk Coordinator: You work with all pet parents, dogs and team members to ensure a positive and experience from drop off to pick up. This position sometimes includes providing sales and marketing support.

The first part “Enhance the Joy of Dog Parenthood” refers to our daycare services, designed to help dogs get safe socialization, exercise and education, ultimately making them better canine citizens that are better behaved around other dogs, other humans, at home and in public places. The second part, “Enable Dogs to Positively Change Our World” is geared toward our work through the Dogtopia Foundation. We believe that dogs are not only man’s best friend but can be a friend to our communities through the work they do in the areas of autism, literacy and in support of veterans. 

Service Dogs for Veterans: We support programs that positively impact the lives of United States military service members and veterans. We are committed to funding service dog training for military veterans returning home with physical and emotional challenges.

Youth Literacy Programs: We provide support for innovative youth literacy programs and educational initiatives to ensure academic success for elementary school students. As appropriate, those programs incorporating dogs in the programming will be highly favored.

Employment Initiatives for Adults with Autism: We provide support for employment programs for adults with autism by actively employing individuals with autism in our Dogtopia daycare centers. We also support dog-related entrepreneurial ventures for adults with autism.
