At Primrose Schools, we believe who children are is as important as what they know. Being part of a Primrose school team, or our National Support Center, means working to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families across America, by nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. Each role within the Primrose brand is foundational in achieving our mission to “forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children”.
When people feel that they belong, the effect is powerful.
At Primrose, fostering a sense of belongingness means creating and maintaining an environment where everyone feels included and where similarities and differences are nurtured and respected. In our classrooms, it’s not just the students who feel this sense of community—it’s also the staff. In Primrose schools across the country, this idea of belongingness comes to life through the curriculum, the classroom experience and learning about the different cultures of the families and staff in our school community.
At a Primrose school, teaching is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to make a difference in children's lives and your own.
- Develop a career that matters.
- Teach a curriculum that works.
- Join a community that cares.
Whether you want to lead a classroom or support teachers behind the scenes, there's a place for you to build a meaningful career at a Primrose school.

Hear what our teachers have to say
- "I am amazed at how well the Balanced Learning® curriculum relays complex topics to children in a way they quickly understand. In my classroom, my students are able to tell you about diurnal animals, what an archeologist does, and numerous Spanish vocabulary words. The knowledge my students enter kindergarten with, thanks to the Balanced Learning curriculum, is truly amazing.
- Mr. Kunes, Preschool Teacher
Every child is unique, so we approach them that way. Through a range of developmental screening tools and assessments, teachers are assisted in providing personalized support to children through:
- Collaboration between teachers and families
- A focus on both general skill development and social-emotional development
- And greater insight into a child’s strengths and opportunities for improvement
Primrose is the first national provider of early childhood education and care to implement these resources across all of our schools. Learn more about the development and assessment tools: Measuring Child Development with ASQ® (primroseschools.com)
