A word on our reviews
Ok, so let’s be honest - it’s no secret that we’ve received some negative reviews here, so we’d like to be completely open and transparent about them. When the pandemic hit and the world stood still with the closure of shops and restaurants, it hit us hard. As a facilities management company, our work lies at the heart of building maintenance, and with our clients’ buildings closed for months we had to find a way to keep everything alive that we’d worked for. To survive, and to be there for our clients when the world opened up again, we regrettably had to make the tough decision (and this really was a last resort) to keep a skeleton employee base to keep the business ticking over while the world waited. Of course, that meant that many of our valued colleagues sadly lost their roles. We appreciate that making redundancies during a pandemic was a massive blow to everyone so we completely understand why it would leave people feeling frustrated and upset.

But time has moved forward and a lot has changed. Our client base is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for great people to help us in our mission to change an industry for the better. And if you ask a Cloudfm colleague what they love about working for here, they’ll talk about the culture, the flexibility, the supportive and caring team and the excitement that comes with working for a business that’s always breaking new ground. What we do
Cloudfm deliver smart facilities management solutions and technology to companies across the UK and Europe. Facilities Management (FM) is a service we provide to keep our clients’ buildings running smoothly and efficiently. We work with big names, including AXA, Zizzi, Tui, The Range and Krispy Kreme, to create safe environments that their customers want to come back to - while ensuring our clients get value for money and helping them to reach their green targets through our pioneering technology applications.
